St Marys Hotel Public Bar

In close collaboration with our client, we completely refurbished the hotel’s entrance facade, creating a warm, welcoming, and fresh first impression. This inviting atmosphere continues into the public bar, where we retained the existing bar structure but introduced high-quality finishes and a new wash-up area, giving the space a revitalized look and feel. The bathrooms were also updated with the same fresh design approach, and the courtyard was dressed to complement the overall aesthetic. The result is an integrated, comfortable, and cohesive guest experience that enhances both functionality and ambiance throughout the hotel

The scope of works included:

–  Refurbishment to facade of hotel: New paint finish and mosaic tiles to columns, New Signage placement, Timber ceiling to entrance, Planter boxes above awning with cascading plants and integrated irrigation, new feature lighting to awning and entrance.

–  Upgrade to public bar; including bar facade, back bar

–  New wall, ceiling and LED feature lighting

–  New finishes throughout, including wall & floor finishes, new wall panels

–  New furniture

–  Full bathroom refurbishment and reconfiguration

–  Exterior courtyard – new wall and floor paint; shade sails; planter & plant specification
